• Our guests can cancel the reservation without any additional charge or change the dates of their stay maximum 7 days before their expected date of arrival. In case of requiring changes of dates, the reservation may be postponed up to 6 months after the initial date scheduled for their trip and will be subject to prior availability. A maximum of one (1) date change per reservation will be allowed.

• The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price of the stay if he/she cancels the reservation during the 7 days prior to his/her scheduled arrival date.

• If the guest does not show up he/she will have to pay the total price of the stay.

• If the guest makes an early departure he/she will have to pay 70% of the total price of the stay.

However, the pet owner must respect the following rules:

1. Your pet must always wear a harness and leash in the social areas, especially if there are other pets around.
2. The guest must pick up after their pet and under no circumstances leave it on the floor, doing so will incur a $50 fine.
3. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged directly to the owner's account.
4. My pets will not be allowed to climb on the furniture in the social areas of the hotel or my room(couches, beds, rugs, lazy chairs, pool, etc.).
5. The fee to cover the cleaning and disinfection expenses of the areas where your pet will stay, will be fixed for each pet and according to its weight:

general policies:
• Smoking inside the rooms or villas is not permitted; in case of smoking inside, a fine of $100 will be incurred. Smoking in open areas is permitted, however, it is not permitted to throw cigarette butts or cigarette remains on the floor, gardens or beach; in case of doing so, a fine of $100 will be incurred.
• In case of loss of key, the replacement cost will be: rooms $10, villas $20.
• For valuables, jewelry and / or money, the hotel provides guests with safety deposit boxes located in the reception of the hotel, the hotel is not responsible for loss or misplacement of the same.
• Any damage caused by guests or their companions to the hotel's furniture or infrastructure will be charged to the guest's account and must be paid for at the end of their stay.
• The hotel is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence and/or imprudence of the guests or their companions in its facilities or in any of the activities related to the hotel.
• Since the villas are equipped with a biodigester system, guests should not throw paper directly into the toilet, in case of doing so, a fine of $70 will be incurred.
• The consumption of alcoholic beverages of products not purchased at the hotel is allowed with a corkage fee of $5 + tax per bottle.
• The use of pyrotechnics is not allowed in any of its presentations inside or outside the villa, as this compromises the welfare of the ecosystem in which we are, in case of doing so will incur a fine of $ 100.
